Ian believes celebrating life and having fun should be taken seriously. He stumbled upon his passion for DJing in college after creating a viral internet dance and subsequently hosting huge dance parties for students. Now, after DJing and hosting for over 10 years, Ian’s love of fostering connections and curating unforgettable moments continues to grow! 

 

Ian has DJed more weddings than anyone else on the Gold Headphones team. He also has a background in stand up comedy, having written and performed comedy at prominent theaters in Chicago and Atlanta. Using his experience to provide insight and support, Ian strives to go beyond the music as a polished emcee and event planner. 

 

Ian’s favorite aspect of DJing weddings is the couples: learning about their love story, and getting an understanding of their tastes and goals. From the big ideas to the granular details, Ian works hard to bring the clients’ perfect party to fruition!
